An ecosode is a short, funny Flash animation about an environmental issue that goes to people's cell phones, and at the end asks them to call the Prime Minister or the President or the Premiere or whoever and say: "Please ratify Kyoto" or "Please vote against the Proposed Law to Sell Our Children to the Oil Companies" or whatever the issue is. In other words, ecosodes are an easy way for everybody to help save the earth.
Can I see one?
The project is only in its start-up phase, but one of our volunteers produced a short demo of the first scene from Ecosode #1 -- to see it click HERE. We’re shooting for mid-2007 in terms of having ecosodes on cell phones.
